While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or regional disruptions.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting our support team. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
